The City of David is seeking a VIP Tours and Operations Coordinator for its Fundraising Department

 

The position is full time based out of our headquarters in Talpiot.

Job Description:

  • The VIP Tours and Operations coordinator will be responsible for logistical coordination of all VIP tours.
  • Reporting to the Director of Operations of the Fundraising Department, the operations coordinator will help optimize the operations of the organization, assisting with implementing and monitoring various operational procedures to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • These processes include but are not limited to: donation tracking and recognition, project assistance, grant reporting, meeting follow up, working with Friends organizations around the world, and material creation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in operations, logistics or a similar field
  • BA degree or higher
  • English mother tongue level, high level Hebrew
  • Highly organized and efficient, service oriented, detail oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, able to handle many tasks in a dynamic environment, flexible, works well under pressure. Sees the big picture to prioritize and also makes sure the small details are taken care of.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint and CRM systems
  • Experience in donor operations a plus
  • Passion and love for Jerusalem and for the mission of the City of David
